Premier League 25/1/25 - 26/1/25

Could have been 10 minutes added on being honest.

So what is it with Spurs? Is it lack of money, mismanagement, or both. Who paid for the stadium.

They have the lowest wage bill to revenue % of the “Big 6” (42%). It’s even lower than a lot of the “smaller” clubs.

There are two ways to look at it. Either they’re responsible and well run, or you could say that they’re not ambitious. It’s really a bit of both. Arsenal were similar and there wage bill as a percentage of their revenue has been going up.

I just read that Amanda Staveley has been brought in which can only mean one thing I guess, Middle East takeover. If it’s not just a rumour

Spurs in a relegation dogfight.
They are lucky that Soton and Ipswich are dramatically bad and Wolves aren't doing well either this season. Would have to look it up but feels like 16 points after 23 games is low for the 18/19 placed teams.

I thought we were having the worst season I'd seen from any ''big'' team but Spurs (if they count) are somehow even worse.

For some reason I always mix up Westham and Villa.

"Anyone with a heart must wish him well"

Nah I'm okay, don't wish him injured but he's a fecking dirty thug of a player.

Whenever I see Mings I only remember him stomping on Zlatans head with his studs. And whoosh there goes any sympathy.

"What has he done to deserve this?"

Well he purposely stamped on Zlatan like seven years ago and got anyway with it, not like I hold a grudge or anything. I'm sure there's more besides but that was my genuine first thought, bad as it was.
