Predict when we will sign a player this window - Tom Heaton not included - Sergio Ramos Included

Well if Woodward is still in charge then about three days after the window closes, when he will express surprise at having failed to land his target
 
How many times have we heard the following?
1. Player wants future sorted before Euros.. doesn't happen
2. Player wants to concentrate on Euros
3. PLayer wants to enjoy his break before making decision
4. Pre season 1/2 way in and still no update

I see us making the first signing middle of June, 2 weeks after Euros.
 
I have edited the title of the thread. I have this strong feeling that Ramos will end up at United.
He is exactly the type of player we needed when Vidic left, and now he is old in football terms so I expect our suits to sign him up
 
First game is 14th of August this coming season.

If we're to avoid another shit show of a summer we should be all done on 31st July. That will give any new plqyer at least 2 weeks of preseason training with the team.

Is there any chance we'd be all done by then?
 
Willing to bet we won't get Ramos until he's ready to play wheelchair football...
