Wow. What a performance. So proud of this team. Made their team look completely anonymous. Our tempo and energy were amazing. Special shout out to Casemiro and Fred who dominated that midfield. More of this please.

We were great. Spurs were absolutely shocking, title contenders my arse. Signs of huge improvement and barely a bad performance from a single player. Tougher tests to come though.

That's what we have been waiting for. If it wasn't for lloris it would of been a mauling for spurs.

Ten hag ball has arrived.

We are SO much better without Ronaldo. Rashford and Sancho looking like players. Fred outstanding was everywhere -MOTM. Casemiro going up through the gears. Shaw looks sharp again. Ddg knocking it around in a composed fashion. Oh yes. Very very nice performance.

Absolutely fantastic, really enjoyable if not for Lloris would have had more

It's the first time in a long long time I've seen us control a game from start to finish.

I want to see that intensity and desire every game, because of it we were in control the whole game, what a difference.

Just wish we had a striker

Probably the best overall performance in years. It's rare we dominate a game from start to finish where no one can argue otherwise. Spurs might as well have just lay down as they couldn't get into the game at all. Never looked dangerous. Only slight disappointment is we didn't get 3 or 4.

More of that please.

That was absolutely brilliant.

If one person finds anything to moan about I’m permanently banning them.

Best we’ve played in yonks, commitment everywhere. Martinez was class again, Casemiro is so good. Rashford genuinely should have had a hattrick.

Bruno and Fred destroyed Spurs! What a game by both. Varane was also majestic. As was Martinez.

Great game, finally. We needed one where things mostly click.

Best game of the season, defended well and create numerous chances.l over 90 mins. I still can't believe Rashford couldn't put one chance away. I think any strikers would put 1 away. If it is Kane or Harland, it would be a hattrick. Rashford is not your natural goal scorer.

This was our best game not this season but in the last 2, 3 years I reckon. We've been all over them from the start, didnt let them breathe, didnt let them play. Defensively we were a rock, combined nicely in midfield and in the attack. With a proper striker we'd have won this 4, 5-0. But I'm not taking anything from our forwards today, they had a brilliant game.

Fred was one of our better players today imo, certainly a lot better than on Sunday, Casemiro is just class, Rashford put a good stint, he just needs his shooting boots, Antony was dangerous throughout. Dalot was playing like a winger and Shaw has a proper engine on him.

Whoever thinks or says we're not making any improvement, that we're playing Oleball, wonder what does ETH do in training and that they're not seeing anything new is either blind or malicious or both.

We're a proper team in the making.

Onwards and upwards!

Emphatic!

Fans just need to ignore the endless negativity from the media about the club.

Every player gave their all tonight and looked soooooo comfortable on the ball.

Love It!

Excellent performance from start to finish. Martinez, Varane, Fred, Rashford, Casemiro, Shaw and the whole team kept a great intense tempo all game.

Best we have played in a long time , dominated from start to finish.

We need to back it up now on Saturday evening , we need to consistently see this kind of performance before we can start talking about real progress. But very happy tonight.
Very good game tonight, gives us hope for the future. I must say though, if we get a setback on saturday, it does not take away from todays performance.
Progress is seldom a straight line, and we’d be naive to expect no setbacks.

Was this the first time we played football for 90 minutes in about 5 years? It could have been 7 0, spurs were rubbish, in fact, we made them look rubbish. Only negative for me is Ronaldo, I've backed him for ages but walking off at 85 mins when we have played the best game in ages was pathetic and childish. I hope he don't steel the papers tomorrow because the boys deserve so much praise after that performance.

Excellent performance. Lloris and Rashford‘s finishing stopped Spurs getting humiliated. Kane and Son were non-existent.

I‘ll be fecked off if the media decide to focus on Ronaldo. Hardly fecking news anyway that ETH doesn’t want him and Ronaldo himself doesn’t want to be here.
Innit who cares right now? Ronaldo being a drama queen shock, said no one ever.

Lads... its Spurs....

Proud of the team today. They played like men. Despite not getting the goals our play deserved they persevered.

That's a great sign.

Still need the striker in January/Summer but the defence and midfield played exactly how Ten Hag would want. Aggressive and brave on the ball. Solid win!

Sancho was about the only player and maybe rashfords finishing, that you'd demand more off. Top class

Rashford probably should have had a goal or two but he worked his socks off tonight and in general played really well. Sancho very underwhelming again.

Genuine 10/10 performance by the entire team. Didn’t give Spurs a sniff and dominated through out. Man you forget how nice it felt back in the day!

Absolutely delightful.

Controlled the game from start to finish against a good team, fully deserved the win and it could and should have been more. By far the best display since... I don't even know. Maybe City home 2020?

I award Spurs no points and may God have mercy on their soul.
