Being banned is a bit different though isn't it, there isn't really a policy if someone is banned. I still don't see how this has anything to do with the PM thing.

To my mind, being banned would be worse than not being able to use your PMs.
There really ought to be a policy for banning people, otherwise people could just get canned because someone doesn't like them, which is gay.

For the sake of not bickering, I'm talking in general, rather than about any specific sites.
