Pogba: "We Should Attack, Attack, Attack!"

Inevitable as soon as we dropped points the papers would be full of Pogba vs Mourinho again.

Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaah!!!!

I mean he is obviously saying get Mourinho the F out ASAP. He isnt even being shy about it. I mean this is like literally saying get him out like hot garbage that he is...without actually saying it.

Glad someone has said it because seriously its getting ridiculous now.

Wow.....that is an absolutely brilliant appraisal. Suprising That it comes from a player but I think Pogba gets it. For all his critics and fans who just dislike him, I think he gets what Manchester United is about. And I might be wrong but I think he wants to play for us, but he doesn't feel Jose's football

I agree. It it's Pogba or Mourinho, I'll pay Jose's flight. Pogba needs to stop being so slow to release the pass though. His dwelling often breaks up attacks. There is a beast of a player in there though.

I pray for the day our players start doing their job on the pitch rather than on the media.

Since LVG days we here all the right things from them in the media then comes games and it's the same shite.

His dwelling is a result of the lack of movement he mentions. When someone moves he gets the pass out immediately.

Easier said than done. We got a right back who has a phobia of crossing. No right winger. A left wing that was seemingly bursting with options except they've all gone to fecking shit. And finally, a cow up front.

This is a direct dig at Mourinho. Nothing indirect about it.
I mean this is as close as it gets to Pogba actually saying he wants Mourinho gone.
And he is absolutely right.

The Sun are turning it into "Pogba launches incredible attack on Mourinho"

He's not having a pop at him, he's just telling the fecking truth!

Of course it is an attack on the manager. He is publicly saying his tactics are wrong.

More lovely quotes for opposition fans and media to gobble up off the back of us dropping points.

Can’t wait for Monday morning already.

Cant fault him for speaking his mind. As a leader of the team he definitely should.
Mourinho is the problem with the team and Pogba is far from being the only one that hates playing for Mourinho. Is he supposed to be okay with Mourinho's incompetence, running the team into the ground and not even getting into the top 4? Cuz we are not getting into top 4 this year.

Pogba absolutely needs to speak up. Mourinho is the sole problem with this team.
F the media, F what the opposing fans think. We have a major problem, we gotta deal with it. Whats the worst thing that can happen? Not like we are playing for anything this year the way things are.
Mourinho needs to be gone ASAP and awesome from Pogba for putting the pressure on the board. He is a true leader.

I wish they’d both leave so I don’t have to hear about this anymore

All he said is true. And I don't think that he wants out like some suggested.

It'll be interesting to see what will happen next. Is he forcing Mourinho to change his approach by going to the press? It's not likely that Mourinho cares enough about the public's opinion though. Does he know that Mourinho won't be here long? Is he actively trying to undermine him?

It's clearly not just Mourinho's tactics Pogba is highlighting, it's also the shit performances of the players in front of him like Lukaku, Sanchez, Lingard, and the total lack of anything from right back.

You can't simply blame the tactics for how bad Lukaku was against Wolves, for how bad Sanchez has been since arriving, and for how bad Valencia has been in opposition halves for the last 3-4 years.

Where the tactics really comes into it was, for instance, in bringing off Fred to allow Fellaini to go and shadow Lukaku up front. The pair of them and Lingard basically slouched around within 10 yards of each other for the last 30 minutes offering absolutely nothing. It's a pointless strategy in a team with a redundant right flank and an inverted winger on the other side. Meanwhile Pereira and Pogba end up getting overrun in midfield and resort to just hoofing it up aimlessly. As a tactic it has barely ever worked for us and the fact we still persist with it is just fecking baffling for someone of Mourinho's intellect.
Fully agree

Part of me thinks the players should just go on and do it whatever the manager says. If the manager bollocks you after the game for abandoning defensive shape just tell him if doing that turns 1 point to 3 that can be the difference between him keeping his job. I do wonder whether we overstate a manager's influence within the game.

I think more people here are worrying about what the likes of Pogba are saying and what is being said to the media, when we should instead be worrying about the fact that most people here agree with what's being said in the media, why isn't that worrying anyone? We should all be posting here disagreeing and angrily saying Pogba is just chatting crap and he should not be saying this stuff, yet we aren't, that's the point we have got to, Mourinho has to go.

People are happy the media is going to use such quotes to shite on us for full week. Never knew it was that funny to have such poisonous relationship between a manager and a player that early in the season instead of sticking together.

I'm growing tired of this season already and we're in Sep. Shite results and poisonous relationships.

It definitely reads like a message to the fans that the players want to play differently.

I'm more tired of our rubbish attacking play that has been going on for years now

If he's got the balls to question the tactics after the games why doesn't he do something about it in games.

When someone makes subliminal remarks about the manager it's clear he doesn't fear being reprimanded.
