It’ll come with a usb charging cable like it did with the PS4. I think the charging station is more for when the PS is in rest mode to allow you to charge both with one port.

Think I'll bung my PS4 slim off to Music Magpie for £120. Only paid £150 for it as well. Games probably worth keeping if they're backwards compatible.
