ShopTo were brilliant for me. Paid 1 pence back in May to register interest for Pre-Order; asked me to confirm it yesterday and it's locked in! Whoever mentioned them many pages back, thanks!

Yeah, buy now pay in 7 months. Money is pending in the Argos account too, so should be OK.

They've always been the best for me for anything video game related. Almost everything I've ordered from them has been at least a little bit cheaper than everywhere else and 9/10 it was delivered a day or two earlier than release. Site is a little slow sometimes (particularly when there's a hot product) but other than that it's great.
There is a quote floating around about 2 hours being a cut off point, but that seems to be a generic statement which is quoted by their live chat every time you log into it.
I imagine they are currently well outside their standard timeframes

That was me. But I cancelled my order with them. I registered back in May. But I preordered with Amazon and GAME, I feel one of those will deliver to me at launch.
ShopTo are a good company besides the shitty site. They sell PSN top ups for great prices @esmufc07. They evolved their business model, which I like. Maybe GAME need to take notice.
I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with the high demand, order details still claim processing.

Is Demon Souls incredibly difficult? I've not played it before but I've heard others saying its really tough.

Well they are telling me release day at the moment. And apparently they are using their own vans and furniture delivery trucks instead of the post office or a courier. So I'm quite hopeful

I chose the DPD option with GAME. I rather have peace of mine that they going to text me in morning and I can follow all the drivers deliveries on the app.

ah feck it im going to cancel my game preorder now. One preorder is enough and there is no point taking up stock if it means someone else can get a ps5 (or a scalper can get a 12th)

Just wait it out a month. I wouldn’t cancel now and even if you cancel that GAME order it won’t mean they just put the preorder page back up for one order.
I don't want to end up getting charged either though

I bit the bullet and went down to Gamestop and had to pay 50 quid to pre order the ps5. I'm camping outside on the day of release. Went to argos before hand and they just said we no idea when it's going onto the site to pre order one. So just keep checking.
