Its sort of weird that a Juventus player would post a nostalgic pic of his days at United. Come to think of it its highly unusual.
He's not really a juve player though is he. He's a United legend having a kick about for juventus. Clearly still adores us, as we do him. We are in different leagues anyway so no reason he can't celebrate both.
Erm no. He is a Juve player. The subjective bit about him being a United legend is irrelevant. Imagine if Ronaldo tried something similar - there would be riots. Not a big deal for me that Paddy did this, but it is highly unusual.

Has he ? I've seen him talk about United favorably during interviews as a means to get rid of reporters asking if he will come back. The broader issue here is footballers are contracted employees of the clubs who pay them and should probably avoid publicly swooning about the good old days when they worked for the competition.
