Hes referring more to when Portugal have played Germany. I can't remember Ronaldo scoring against us in 4 matches (WC 06, Euro 08, Euro 12, WC 16); don't think we've had any friendlies with them.
With regards Ronaldo v Lahm for Madrid, he's scored 4 goals in 4 matches, one of which was a penalty and one a free kick.
Overall for club and country its pretty balanced between the two, maybe Lahm coming out slightly better.
Ashley Cole was the only full back who consistently did well against Ronaldo. Cole was such a phenomenal player in his prime.
Also paddy McNair vs Jefferson montero that season.
Zlatan for Sweden v Shawcross-Shawcross came on as sub and within 15 mins Zlatan had scored another 3 goals to go with the one he already had

Never seen a player who could turn defenders inside out as much as Bestie could and that includes Ronaldo, Messi, Maradona or whoever else. Sometimes he'd go too far and was on the verge of taking the p*ss. However if a frustrated defender tried to retaliate by trying to wack him he'd see it coming, ride the tackle and make him look more stupid. The goal he scored in the 68 European cup final against Benfica is an example of this. Pure poetry in motion!
