I think it's a result of his deteriorating mental state. The man is clearly very unwell.
People keep saying he's unwell but he's not. He is paid millions of dollars by Ben Shapiro's company to create culture war rhetoric, and these are his attempts to fulfill his duties for that payment. It's all bottom of the barrel shit because he isn't very good at it. Its embarrassing when you put it into perspective.

It's strange, because I thought his audience were just teenage edgelords, who have been cool with his rampant mysogyny for years. I'd actually expect his audience to just excuse his abuse.
