Creasing to those couple of reactions to Fellaini in that list :lol:

So Saturday becomes monday ...i think this is most peoples problem ..we pretty much know its happening but it just gets so frustrating constantly hearing it will be today then tomorrow then 48 hours and it just goes on and on .

Until we actually see him holding the shirt having signed his contract you just cant settle .
The thing about the news is, it wasn't conclusive when it would be completed. The guy said it can be concluded as early as Monday. So all that confirms really is that it won't be concluded before, but that also means that it could be anytime after Monday.

They haven't even made a tweet of it. Do not trust.

Cutting short a holiday of a lifetime by 2 days, to become the world's most expensive player, doubling his wages.

Big fecking deal.

He isn't going to get another holiday this year. It's not like this is an interview where he needs to come by this day or he will not be employed. United want Pogba because of his talent, not because he is available right now. Why should he compromise a few days which probably doesn't even matter in the grand scheme of things? We had martial join on deadline day. Pogba is going to come a week before PL even starts. Surely that's not such s big deal

Sky could have just picked the day he is widely known to be back from holiday though..

It's a £100M+ deal and people are acting in here like we are buying a fecking PS4 because it's not done when they demand. Look how long it took for City to buy Sane, a relative nobody compared to Pogba. This week is about Rooney's testimonial, the marketing people want the right moment to unveil Pogba to maximize the impact, and by that I mean the impact on the real world, not those that can't leave any slice of clickbait alone and are camped in here on the positive of negative side of things.

If you can't see through the bullshit and understand that these di marizio guys or whatever are taking you for a ride then that's your own problem. The links are generated by the media and they all are putting their eggs in one basket.

Jose clearly told that if a player doesn't come, he has alternatives so links are there but the media has no clue. So please stop it with the highhandedness. People have every right to be questioning the way this is being handled by the media. A few guys in here like you are too high on muppetry and want to spin every news in a positive manner.

It's like if you don't agree with Pogba coming, you do not want United to do well and you have no understanding of football. "Why do you care how much United are paying, it's not your money", and then there's the " He's world class so the fee is justified" crap which is laughable, then it's "48 hours means, the deal would be confirmed within 48 hours so United , Pogba and Juventus have completed the deal but won't announce it till the right time" , "the juventus webite doesn't show pogba with the jersey, so surely the deal is done". Oh man.

If he joins, i will agree that the United sqaud looks very good on paper, but you do not know how the transfer will work out and it is a risk to spend so much money on one player when you know a player can get injured anytime and there goes your money down the drain.

Bale is a drama queen, and Pogba is not? as i say, some in here would do anything to spin every news in a positive way. It was not Bale who showed up in advertisements teasing the club's fans, it was not bale who kept updating his twitter with cryptic messages. In short Pogba is an a**hole who frankly is not required the team will be better off without him.

Can't wait for the 6th of August when he confirms he will stay or join Madrid. This stupid circus will be over.
I made up my own mind ages ago in this thread that this was on. I have my own mind you know. Never once mentioned Di Marzio or anyone else, so stop assuming i hang on every tweet they say. That last line of yours i bolded just shows you are an absolute melt of a supporter if that actually makes you happy.

just curious, why do you call 'Newcastle' by the name 'New Castle'?
My mistake. We have New Delhi over here, capital of India. Then there is New York. So I guess, amidst all that typing, I forgot it's actually Newcastle and not New Castle. :)

I'm back at work on monday so of course that's the day it happens. Missing the fun.

Jesus.

So many posts day in day out..

..when it's clear the deal is done and just the announcement missing..

..missing due to Pogba being on a deserved holiday no less.

what is wrong with you people?
Can't you have a tiny bit of patience?
Can't you process the simple fact that the timing of a deal between clubs involving other people might not correspond with the timing of your personal obsession sitting in front of the interwebz?

Thread should be locked until there's official news IMO

I know people constantly asking for thread title changes is annoying, but Skysports saying he will fly to Manchester on Saturday actually seems worthy of one
I understand that he's planning to fly to Orlando for a few days at Walt Disney World and maybe a couple of days in the Keys

Completely agree with this. Let the man enjoy his holidays and announcements will be made when he returns, either way.

Those 48 hours clearly had that final minute on the laundry machine. You know the minute that last forever. Imagine 48x60 of those...

So the picture of us chasing him as a 35 year old might not be that far fetched...

Ban him ban him I say!!
Does being registered since 2004 give a member an entitlement to be a serial WUM ?? Yeah I am using 1 of my 3 posts to ask this!

Although i quoted your post, most of it was for the pro optimistic, look for positivity in every tweet and beat down anyone who questions the transfers brigade. I apologize if i did not make it clear.

So not wanting a player at United means i am an "absolute melt of a supporter" good to know. I will actually be relieved as Jose will go for someone who will do the work with his head down rather than Pogba.

Now, I could be wrong, and if Pogba comes and he lights up the league, i will be there to hold my hands up and say that i was completely wrong to not want him here (not that it makes any difference to anyone). All United fans want the best for the club, i am not a manager but am of the opinion that bring in players with so much money and wages will make the team lopsided. Plus he is not even worth the money United are playing, seeing United getting ripped off doesn't make a fan happy however rich United are and however small this fee is for the club.

You want players who want to come to the club, this looks like the Di Maria transfer all over again. If Madrid were able to pay his wages, what would he do? It's that simple. Get players who want to come here.

Sky Sports 'sources' are incredibly unreliable.

Just sayin'.

Of course they are.
But that won't stop the muppets believing Sky's transfer time table for Pogba.
They believed Di Marzio and they will believe Sky. Some will even believe The Sun ;)

I think we should all accept, if he was going to cut his holiday short to sign, he would have done it by now.

He wont be in Manchester until atleast the 6th...

You heard him, he's signing on the 6th. somebody contact Sky Sources..

Sky sources are usually VERY good when they're sure of something actually. I would put money on Andy Burton being told something just as he was when Mourinho was close to being done.

They are SLOW these days because they don't come out stuff until they KNOW something is happening.

That video has confirmed it for me (the Sky Sports one). This is happening!

If we deleted all the posts about 'What page we're on?' and 'How long until we reach a certain number' then this thread wouldn't break 800
