You have to read between the lines. He's vocabulary is sparse if you've read/listened to his interviews throughout the years. He's implying that once Pogba joins then the team wil most likely be successful. To which "promising" makes for an adequate translation in my book. Interesting would be more correct of a translation if he was just observing matters.

Don't you guys know? @Kevin doesn't get excited at anything United related, he's only happy when a player or team he likes fails. We could win the treble again but if Griezmann missed an open net, slipping and falling flat on his face in the process, I know which one could cause him the most amount of joy.
