The Guardian article says if he moves to City he'll have to accept less than he's currently on
Well officially anyway

Don't have to apologise, no one is reading your posts.Bs story. But if he goes to City, he will smash there under Guardiola.
Wait, can i say that? Sorry, i meant Pogba is shit and will be flop wherever he goes. Booooo
You did.....Don't have to apologise, no one is reading your posts.
Be interesting to see how he'd play with proper coaching.
I reckon he'd be a smash hit under guardiola tbh. If deschamps can get a tune out of him so can pep.
Oh shit. Apology accepted thenYou did.....
It would be interesting to see. Just to see if Pep can instill discipline and work rate in him which he has never had from the u18 through to now.
He won't be missed here whether he's brilliant elsewhere or not.
When has he ever consistently made runs into the box? For a 6'3" midfielder he's scored, what, 2 headers in his United career? He has all the physical attributes to be a dominant PL midfielder but he's just too lazy. With his build he should be scoring 4-5 headers a season, even Soucek at West Ham manages that from DM. Saying he has the wrong players around him to do that is just making excuses, he just can't read the game well enough to time runs into the box or even make the effort to make them.Next to a disciplined holding midfielder like Rodri I think Pogba would be brilliant. He can play in the same way Gündogan does as a #8 who is constantly getting into the box rather than being a deeper sitting player.
Part of that is because they win it back so quickly, which he'd have to contribute to.It's a lot easier to ask that of him when you have 65% possession and only have to ask him that of him for a 1/3 of the game.

If he plays anything like for us it would be funny to see him constantly give up possession for them. Not to mention his careless approach to defending.I would love to see Pogba at City. Seems the perfect player for Pep. Hard working, unselfish, hates showboating and puts the team above his ego. Just perfect.

I don't deny that he didn't hit heights at United. But are not you curious how he would play under proper manager and in system where we will be the ones who will have the ball more?It would be interesting to see. Think it's just agent trying to get other clubs to up their offers. Let's face it, he's soon going to be 30, doesn't have the work rate, has to have a team built around him and would want mega money.
I think it'll be Juve once they've sold a few players and got the Ramsey contract off their books.
Pep plays with dmc and central attacking midfielders. He would fit there. As one of those two no8/no10.That's very strange move. Why would they want Pogba? And where will they play him? On the bench?
Maybe Klopp should have a go. He will be diagnosed as asthmatic and be a box to box midfielder in no time .

Sure he is talented and good baller, so he may fit their style. But I feel he doesn't have the intensity to play as regular in their midfield.Pep plays with dmc and central attacking midfielders. He would fit there. As one of those two no8/no10.
