yes and its ment to be broken

so say anyway

Ruddy - do you mean Beckham ?

BBC says :

"David Beckham's bruised ribs may force his absence, but first-choice goalkeeper Fabien Barthez is likely to return ater being rested in miweek."

But Beckham has been playing poorly for most of the season! <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

I was just enjoying that guessing game. Why did someone have to spoil it by giving away the answer.

How dare you criticise a United player!

;)

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> His crossing and positioning in general has not been of the quality that we would normally expect from Beckham.

Its only a rib, shouldn't keep him out for long. Surely? Not as if he's been at his best this season anyway. Give Luke Chadwick a run, boost his price up a bit.

But his corners won us the CL.

Money at any price eh Neil?!

Diego or Ole. Preferably Diego, with Ole up front, and Giggs, Scholes and Veron, making up the rest of the midfield.

THough it will probably be Carlos, Neville, O'Shea, Blanc, Silvestre, Ole, Veron, Fortune, Giggs, Scholes, Ruud.

so

giggs veron p.nev chadwick

against teams like that

feck me

A broken rib is no light matter Neil - can keep you out long time.

Loss of Rio is more of a problem, as it'll be O'Shea and Blanc for the Liverpool Arsenal Deportivo games - unless Wes Brown can come back before then. But he's only 60 minutes reserve football so far. Poor Wes has had it worse than Rio this season, again, this time with that broken ankle from a nasty fecking challenge, which would have injured anyone. I think he's scheduled for a reserves match next week, and hopefully he'll make 90, and then be ready to come on as sub in the basle CL match.

No laughing matter either - damn well hurts if you do.

I expect it will be

----------ruud
-----------scholes
giggs--fortune--veron--forlan
silvestre blanc o'shea gary

but i think it should be

----------ruud ole
giggs(fortune/Richardson)--scholes--veron--forlan (chadwick)
silvestre blanc o'shea phil

I agree with Neil's team. Worrying. <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

And I think West Ham are a team where you can afford to play 4 ball playing midfielders. It'll be a shoot out tomorrow. Don't see us holding out for a 1-0.

yes but he's not the best tackler... usually when he puts his foot in, he gets yellow carded...or gives away a freekick.

i'd play with 5 in the mid... they'll run thro' us if we play a 4-4-2 with two attacking mids.

Scholes' tackling technique is not the best but at least he tries!

And it would also mean playing players in their natural positions...

I'd pick
Ruud Ole
Giggs Scholes Fortune Veron
Mickey Blanc O'Shea Gary

After all of this team picking, I bet Beckham plays. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />
