Roisin's is the most appealing painting
Dawn's is a lovely sketch and seems to have captured an actual scene, whereas the others have boosted theirs with embellishments
Michael's painting is clever and effective but has a little too much Bob Ross gimmickry to it
Michelle's is obviously the work of someone with decent fundamentals but the figure is crud and the foreground is tacky filler
Marie's middle bit is quite ugly but I do like the foreground effect and the sky has something to it
That would be my order.

Same. Comparing this to the Euro's final, I think of Duffy as the cheating English and Dawn as the worthy and noble Italians.
It's funny to keep checking back with the vote standings and then seeing Roisin and Michael's share diminish further and further towards oblivion.
in all seriousness though we should take a step back and remember that these are simply people who entered a painting competition, they should not be vilified or hounded to the ends of the earth for that. it shouldn’t really matter that duffy probably spends most of her free time eating cat shit, nor that she is most likely a holocaust denier. it should not matter that she signs herself up to charities only to send them fake money in the post, often under paying the postage so the charity has to cover the costs to retrieve the fake money. it should not matter that duffy steals food from those food bank shopping trolleys at supermarkets. it shouldn’t matter that duffy makes faces at babies on the bus or kicks the back of plane seats. it shouldn’t matter.

In our quest for victory we’ve absolutely demolished the self esteem of 3 amateur painters
Imagine how skewed it would be if we hadn't taken up the fight for Dawn.
Duffy would be sat there in her ivory tower on 99% and would still probably be begging for votes.

Just went on Duffy's art page and it's actually a bit concerning how seriously she seems to be taking this.
Hope the bottom 3 realise how rigged the voting has been and it doesn’t put them off their hobby having such a low vote percentage.
meredeth has already burnt all her painting apparatus. a mercy for those of us blessed with the gift of sight.

She's described it as torture in one post, and gone on about how stressful it's been in about three. She's also mentioned privately messaging people a few times.
Went on her twitter and she's tagged what appears to be about 12 weather presenters, one of which works for the BBC, in her hunt for votes.
You run an actual physical art gallery/shop. This is a competition for £100 of art supplies. Chill out, like.
