no surprise to me at all

if you wanna know, here's a quote:
"There's a good chance that Sidney(Crosby) could be the leader of the team in 2010," Kevin Lowe, Team Canada's assistant executive director, told the Canadian Press when asked about Crosby's omission. "But at this time we felt that we wanted to go with proven veteran players that have won at the World Cup level, and the world championship level and the Olympics."

Forwards: Jan Bulis (Montreal Canadiens), Petr Cajanek (St.Louis Blues), Martin Erat (Nashville Predators), Milan Hejduk (Colorado Avalanche), Ales Hemsky (Edmonton Oilers), Jaromir Jagr (New York Rangers), Robert Lang (Detroit Red Wings), Rostislav Olesz (Florida Panthers), Vaclav Prospal (Tampa Bay Lightning) Petr Prucha (New York Rangers), Martin Rucinsky (New York Rangers), Martin Straka (New York Rangers), David Vyborny (Columbus Blue Jackets).

Kipru is out, the doctors dont want him to play... He has to rest an old injury so hes gonna be100% fit for the playoffs. :(

Gay and Norrena and Kipru is better.
They are, but this lad will be one of the best!

He made his debute(played for Jokerit) in the Finnish league when he was only 16(born -84 or -85)... And the last season he played in Finland before he moved he won the Championship for Jokerit at only 18.
His räddnings% was >95 summat.

He is much more special than Mourinho. :D

surprised Spezza isn't in the Canadian team

thought the Swedes would bring Holmström, if only for the powerplay

Our coach doesn't rate Holmström at all:(

Typical of the canuch doctors to tell Kipru that he can't participate..a conspiracy to make us less competitive ;) He's been shite the last two games though, and we fortunately have good keepers available.

Holmström is ok to have in powerplay, othervise useless. Interesting that he didn't pick Nylander, who is really good on big ice. Isn't he usually the one who delivers in these tournaments where the likes of Näslund always go missing.

Go to your gay cricket threads:nono:

Cricket is one of the toughest sports around. I know. I've been hit by a cricket ball and it really hurts.

Hockey is a girls' game.

Hockey on ice is for gays.

Bengt Åke thought Nylander was to similar to Forsberg and the other offensive players, he wanted some speed and grit instead of Nylander and Holmström he said.

I'm proud to say I know nothing about hockey. Except that:

a) Hockey is a girls' game; and

b) Hockey on ice is for gays. Like figure skating.

So why aren't you playing ice hockey?

Yeah, read about this, might be right, might not :) Can't really see who your tough guy is supposed to be, perhaps you should have included Odoya? :)
