Anyway @amolbhatia50k, I don't give a damn what Olivia has or has not done. As long as I don't have to see equally bland Taylor Swift and her thread the whole time. It's depressing that most sites predict TS will more likely win than Olivia. Regardless, I'll be in here come Friday night and fight a lone battle against the insufferable Swifties

I took my 11 yo daughter to her concert in LA. She's really impressive, and hot as hell. Her music is good, and i was surprised as it has elements of punk along with pop.

Only heard the latest album, but that was...surprisingly good. Some real quality to the song material. "Vampire" is catchy enough to stick in your head, the way not a lot of pop songs do. And "American Bitch" is sharp and funny in the way Morrissey used to be. "I'm as light as a feather and as stiff as a board", great great opening line.

Agreed. Really liked this album - pretty varied collection of songs and something for everyone in there. A couple of cracking ballads and a few very earwormy tunes.
