The club have no desire to make the easiest decision to improve the squad in recent memory. People lost their minds over a super league but the downfall of the club isn't important enough to even promote a hashtag. Some fans really deserve this
 
I really don't understand, and have said it on other topics too, why fans feel like asking for manager to leave his post because he is clearly incapable of doing any good is disrespectful.

It is absolutely normal, human reaction. That's what fans actually do. Whether it's match going fans, or online fans, or whatever kind of fans they are.

Board doesn't see that Ole is serving us dross. Ole doesn't see he is serving us dross. Fans should voice their opinion, of course if majority feels that club should be fighting for titles, which I'm sure they do.

Dean Smith was recently let go by Villa and their fans were respectful and graceful to Smith but some United fans claim to be the best about and they’re trashing a club legend as much as they can.

The board will let him go before long there’s no need to kick a man when he’s down.

UnofficialDevil was down mentally when he made this thread and you basically dropkicked him in the head. I'm not against it mind, it's good to get all these emotions out.

Being the best fan isn't sticking your head in the ground while the club completely falls apart. I don't care what other united fans say or what you say. Being a zombie watching ole ruin this club is not what a good fan does. I couldn't care less what he's done as a player, this is about him as a manager.

The time for him to go with a modicum or respect was when his caretaker season ended. Since then he's lied about his preferred tactics only to play worse than mourinho (or at the best the same level), played players unfit, and is on track to ruin careers of multiple promising youngsters. He's shown favoritism to mediocre players instead of giving other players an opportunity.

Again, this is a hashtag to get him fired, you're acting like I'm tar and feathering him or something. Get a grip and act like a fan of a big club.

If Unofficial Devil feels bad about me saying what I said I apologise to him, I just find it rather juvenile to spam an United account with OleOut when everyone in the football world is quite sure of the situation we’re in and it’ll be resolved before long one way or another.

Based on what? Ole could save himself the bother and resign, but you and I both know he wants that payout if he is to go, or to continue spending money without restraint until he wins something (could take many years). If he was down then he'd walk.

I've been lurking on this forum long enough to remember the old days (when United were successful) and you guys would quote & laugh at RAWK for threads like this there whilst at the same time saying that you guys would never be this embarrassing or cringeworthy if you were in the same situation.

I wonder if RAWK currently have a "Redcafe goes into meltdown" megathread there quoting threads like this like you guys always used to do for them.

I don't think this gets resolved with apologies and sound explanations. We need escalations and miscommunications to really reflect the mood surrounding the club.

Nobody is sticking their head in the sand or not being a fan but there’s ways to go about things, the board isn’t stupid it’ll be fully aware that the problems have come to a head, I think the fans could be a little better than hysterics I’m seeing at the minute.

I really want to know what possible explanation or evidence that you have that the board isn't stupid? They're at best negligent. At worst intentionally sabotaging the club so they don't look as bad. They want the players to be blamed for firing ole so it looks like they have little to do with it. It's their fault he got a shiny new 2 year deal for literally no reason.

Fans were better 2 months ago when this mess should have ended. They didn't act. Fans should at least let it be known that Ole is a horrible manager and they don't accept his continued employment

Thank you, apologies accepted. I don't want to kick a man when down or disrespect anybody, I just don't believe like you do that the club has any intention to resolve the matter any time soon, if at all. I only thought that promoting a hashtag under a post on the official account that actually hints the exact opposite, might help to make the Glazers know the fans have had enough.

Who is there out there available right now to take over?

I’m sure we will have been looking at other managers the club said something about 3 games to see where we are, if Ronaldo and co don’t want Ole then there will have to be a change.
