Not dodgy at all. Absolutely non existent. But incompetent refs give those all the time. Player throws the leg against the stood still defender and then goes down like he was hit by a lighting strike. But I've seen worse. There is some sort of bias in favor of big teams in Turkey, from what i have seen.
I don't know how true it is but someone on Reddit claims that Galatasaray have been awarded 6 penalties in their last 8 or 9 games, all awarded when they've been losing or drawing.
