An innocent man with a traffic ticket would end up in prison for life if Ole was in charge of preparing their defense.

He's done. No fkng way are the players with him anymore. He's lost all the major ones.

Ugh. I was kind of halfway hoping we'd do okay for the rest of the season so Ole could stay until the summer when it's more realistic to get Ten Hag or someone. Now I reckon he'll be sacked right away and the board will get Rodgers. I don't know if I can bear that.

Could easily be 3/4-0 as well after the missed penalties, might be more embarrassing than Citeh and Liverpool at home

Anyone with any sense knew it wasn't just going to magically get better, that just doesn't happen, manager's don't come back from the brink like this. If they sack him after this, they look even stupider for not sacking him weeks ago. The club will be ridiculed no matter what action it takes at this point. All that dithering has been incredibly damaging.

If we win today it’ll be a miracle and down to individual quality. How is it wrong to describe this man as a P.E teacher at this point? He’s an absolute amateur. Amateur.

The board need to pull the fecking trigger and fast.

Other than varane, this imo is utds best line up, which begs the question, what is going on in training and the dressing room?

Absolute embarrassment
Considering Cavani is our best player by a country mile, I can't agree on the line up but even as someone who has been staunchly about giving Ole time, I think he's done now.

There's just no excuses for this shambles

Most depressing thing is, people are not even surprised by this performance and result.

Can’t wait for Roy Keane to turn it all on the players tomorrow.

Why did they not sack Ole after the City game? Honestly, is there any reason to be dragging everyone through this?

You could've asked this question about 6 times in his 3 years at this club

He's a joke and an embarrassment to this club. He's here for the money yet people still idolise him and get offended when something bad is said about him.

2 shots in 45 mins against Watford.

Where do we go from here? Another empty comeback or does the team wilt knowing it's done??

All that hype over our away record that we didn't achieve anything with has subsided in record time

Oh, we were awful last season too. Bruno papered over the cracks.

And now he cannot even do that because the guy who papers over the cracks is a 47 year old Ronaldo.

Literally sitting on the pitch doing crap all. Did absolutely nothing the whole game.

People think he was the player he once was - he is old and finished as a player, primarily because he was never a central striker in his prime, people think he is going to do that now, arguably a harder position at 37.

Not for me.

He’s defo gone after this! Hopefully tonight… being outplayed by Watford  Absolute joke! The team Has no organisation whatsoever…. This has to be over before we get knocked out by villareal. Wouldn’t surprise me if we come back 3-2 though to save him!!!

This must be the most WTF moment in the last 8 years at Manchester United.

Is this really the actions of a legend who loves the club?

What makes me even more angry is, that we should have fired him after Liverpool, it may have resulted us in not losing both matches against City and now Watford. Just a badly run club. I think one should definitely write a book about how to ruin a football club, and would make somebody a millionaire.

I’m sorry but name a single high-powered job - unless you’re a dictator - where you can perform like this and keep your position?

He will go down in history as the worst PL manager ever.
He's giving Steve Kean a run for his money. The situations are actually pretty similiar, clueless owners giving the manager way longer than he deserves, to the point where fans are ripping their hair out.

Fact is that United had the perfect opportunity to save the season a month back but decided to just not do anything like we always do. Now it doesn’t really matter

There’s a perfect solution to all the mess.

Sack Ole.
Hire Ole as interim manager.

After today please don't mock a school teacher who teaches sports, because he certainly does a better job with far less money.

Ole only cares about his compensation at this stage.
If he is our manager by Wednesday he is no longer a legend if you'd ask me. It is his right to stay for cash, but he's no more than a leach at this point. Everyone knows he is not good enough including himself, doesnt matter whatever rubbish the likes of @OleBoiii comes up with that football players have belief in themselves and bla bla bla.
