I think firstly the club need to stop paying ridiculous wages for players. We need to bring a manager who has a proven track record of developing a team and players.
This constant transfer policy of buying expensive players and then paying mega wages has to stop. All it is leading to is players who have made it and then stop working. How do you motivate multi millionaires? All of these players can retire tomorrow and live a brilliant lifestyle, until that changes and players want to play for this club and need to earn their spot in the team will we see motivated players.
