It's the Rashford business that has me angry, not so much that performance. We've seen Ole risk players so often this season and its been so costly. I'm just so disappointed and annoyed.

Best team by far in the second half. Fecked over by injuries and having to start someone like Pereira.

By the way, away from today's game, watch his supporters use Rashford's injury as an excuse for any upcoming bad result even though it was thanks to his terrible management of the player.

Honestly, 0-2 is better than I expected. Not sure what people expected more from this game

Thought that was a good as it was going to get. We have it everything, missed some easy chances and had a very inexperienced side out.

I see some people are criticising him for playing Periera or Lingard... who else is supposed to play?

Our set pieces are a joke. Our defending is a joke. Our movement is a joke. There's no cohesion or general understanding of each other in our play. Playing Rashford through injury.

Just terrible, and Ole doesn't look like he can sort it out.

That was a half decent performance in the circumstances. There's much more fight about us than under the last three managers, I don't care what anyone says. It's the quality that isn't quite there.

We have a small squad. Who should he play.
Anyway you don't know what went on in training, how can u blame any manager who goes on the advise of his medical team?
Get a hold of yourself.

Why not start with Greenwood upfront with Martial?

Mata over pereira?

We had no ability to attack that game because we had virtually no attackers.

Things got a little better when we bought on our attacking subs.

The only reason that ended 2-0 was because liverpool forgot how to finish. If that game ended 6-0 most would have called it a fair reflection of the game, that's how bad we were.

A lot will say there is no point in discussing Ole after this game, a lot would be wrong.

The players selected were wrong.
The formation was wrong.
The subs were too late.

We certainly need players, especialy if he's gonna mismanage the lot of them into dumb injuries, but that's no excuse.

There was fight in us and the tactics didn't totally fail. Although we struggled to know how to attack them and beat their press.
How to not have a better way to stop Van Dijk on corners is criminal though. That is something Ole must instruct them or make sure we are dealing with better.

Apparently some consider this a good enough performance despite Alisson not putting on any effort in any save. Has been a game completely under control for them but well, that's our expectations at the moment, to annoy Liverpool a little bit.

Anyway a game not worth discussing any more.
I see you like making assumptions. You don't know what's going on in people's heads. Just because some don't spew the first thing that comes to mind does not mean we are not frustrated.
Speak for yourself not everybody else FFS.

Shut up man.

You would play Rashford if your physio said he can play for at least 30 minutes against Wolves.

Don't talk like you're so clever here.

If we lost against wolves, imagine what more stupid things you will try to say about Ole's decision.

tbh we were total crap but if not for some classic LiVARpool we might have escaped with a 0-0 and another decent result against one of the strong teams. He's clearly not the man going forward but the time to go and get Pochettino and give him the window has passed so I'm not that bothered if he stays for the season.

These aren't assumptions though. Some were saying in the matchday thread we didn't deserve to lose. You're not the one who isn't reading the posts.

The coaching quality that is. Apart from the clear lack of a quality number 10 and maybe one more great attacker.

If Rashford is left out the squad for Wolves and Ole says he's not fit then everyones annoyed but its life and we all understand that players get injured. He risked him, he shouldn't have, not if he was already struggling.

Thought we were good second half. Can’t expect much more with a team this depleted.

We have a long way to go but as long as we keep moving forward as quickly as possible and this nonsense with injuries sorts itself out then it could be a different story.

Tactics were fine. We played them pretty even, as much as anyone could hope for, but with the players available to us that was a very good output. Couldn't finish, and in these games, you need to finish.

I really can't criticize him all that much. Our squad depth is horrendous this season, and we've had bad luck with injuries to our most important players this season. With what hes had available this season, I'd say it's been pretty decent performance wise, and definitely I can see improvements. We just need to improve the depth so we can rotate more and ensure we dont get as many big injuries. Patience is needed, and also some action from the upper management to improve our depth.

Please do elaborate the specifics of what we should have done.

He shouldn't have even been on the bench ffs, they all knew he had a FRACTURED BACK, absolutely ridiculous to have him on the bench nevermind to bring him on during an FA Cup 3rd round damn replay, this could be pretty significant in terms of Rashfords career, hopefully its not but its absolute incompetence from the medical staff and Ole.
