Sacking him will change absolutely nothing now. Though he must share his part of the responsibility, and rightly so.I can't believe people are laying this at Ole's door, and think a change of manager would solve anything.
Yes he's more than likely not the right guy, but he is so far removed from the main problem now he might as well stay until real change happens.
If I were him, I would be giving Woody a mouthful for being too slow and inept during the transfer window.
