Depending upon how you define recent form.

United P 21 - 55 points
Arsenal P 21 - 52 points
Liverpool P 22 - 42 points <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />
Bet that convinces you I'm right </strong><hr></blockquote>
Start from day 1 of the season, Arsenal Are Top, and could win it this week. If they beat you, and LFC win, you will be third.
If LFC beat Ipswich last game you are 3rd. 2 places worse than last year, AND £50m+ spent to get there.

Oh please, that's almost as bad as Leeds claiming themselves to be the best because they lost less games than anyone else in 2001.
Over the course of 38 games you play all the same teams twice, it is the only measure on which you can accuratly say who is the best. If Arsenal win the league they are the best team in England. Get over it.
It would appear 8 Ace's drivel is being eagerly gobbled up by some of you more myopic mancs.
as for Viera being the only Arsenal player you'd touch with a bargpole?!?!?!
So you'd rather have the whole of your defense than there's would you? Pires? Henry? Nah don't want them, they're cr@p.......
you really couldn't make it up.......</strong><hr></blockquote>
Our defense isn't up to scratch but the only Arsenal player who is good enough to play for United is Viera and I wouldn't pay anywhere near the dosh he would cost. They have other good players - Pires, Henry and Lundberg spring to mind - but signing them for United (assuming they were available) would be pointless because we have better.
Winning things mean you have a good team at that point. It doesn't mean that your players are individually the best. Look at Leeds when they won the last 1st divison championship. With one notable exception they were workhorses.

You really belive, hand on heart, that Solskjaer is a better player than Henry?
Really?

He has a passion for the club, and that's worth as much as anything.
And he's not bad at putting the ball in the net.

Yes without a doubt. I wouldn't do a straight swap under any circumstances. Ole is undervalued even by United fans.
