Oh feck I'm stranded on a desert island...

Nome have you ever done the Wizard of Oz/Dark Side of the Moon thing?

No, not heard of that, what is it?

Edit: Just found out what it is and no I haven't, you, does it fit that well?

Yes, in an act of surprising generosity, the Made-up Island Port Immigration Service has now allowed three movies, three types of booze, three constantly self-replenishing meals and three football matches.

However copyright regulations mean the United-Arsenal 1999 FA Cup games are not permitted

It fits, it's fecking brilliant.

However you have to start the CD right on the third roar of the MGM lion at the beginning, or else it doesn't work.

I might try that at the weekend then.

No, but I imagine since you've allowed everything besides the 1999 fa cup semi final then I should allowed to put that on the list. I imagine it'd be very good.

Nome have you ever done the Wizard of Oz/Dark Side of the Moon thing?

I literally just watched that on youtube. Weird stuff. It's all purely coincidental though, only some parts sync up but when they do you just think "wow." It seems to help that the style of the music itself fits so well with what's on screen.

No shagging for w'or bobby?

There's no discrimination on Made-Up island... any preference is accepted

I guess you didn't see my previous post or don't know of my friend Lhasa (check out her albums - she is awesome,
http://youtube.com/watch?v=uGNk_zHy4Mg )

As for Emmylou and Lucinda - Lucinda is about as earthy a woman as you'd ever meet and I think three smart well-read women might not pale as fast as some of the mindless bimbos suggested elsewhere.

I see my islands gone abit too pot, food and drinks now eh? I can't believe the staple diet of Turtle shit, rice and salt water wasn't good enough.

Thomas Pynchon: Mason & Dixon
Jane Austen: Pride and Prejudice
David Foster Wallace: Infinite Jest (I haven't actually read it yet, but I love some of his other stuff, and IJ being huge and probably incomprehensible even after several readings makes it perfect for a few decades of solitude.)

The Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy - Douglas Adams
