Bit wierd if you ask me, getting some fish, coating it in bread, frying it, and then putting it between yet more bread.

Why not just fry it and make a butty without the middle bread thing?

;)

Final word on this - hopefully. We should not hold it against Peter. He now plays for City and is paid by them. It would be stupid to think he wouldn't do what was required of him or that he wouldn't celebrate at the end of the game. He was great for us but that's history now - he's moved on and owes us nothing.

The Law situation was somewhat different. For a start Denis, by his own words, tried to do everything he could not to score. He didn't slam the ball into the net instead he backheeled it in the hope that it wouldn't go in and it went through Stepney's legs. He was distraught because the goal was a contributory factor in United going down although City would have had something to say if it hadn't gone in. We're talking about the King of OT here and his reaction said it all.

Don't compare the two situations.

If you want to see "legends" celebrating United defeats and then saying Massives were the greatest fans fair fecks to you, but it fecks me off.

Law never did it so what is so great about Schmichael.</strong><hr></blockquote>

Law was sad that we were relegated. Very different from Saturday.

Two Citeh players came to jump on him to congratulate him, he just brushed them aside with a stern face and walked off. Anyone of youse remember this?

As a professional he had to score, and he did. But you could plainly see he was gutted by what he had to do.</strong><hr></blockquote>

Why can't anyone seem to understand that he was sad because he thought that he had relegated United even if other results made the result moot.

For the third time in this thread - other results went against us, even if we had beaten cITY then we'd have still been relegated. <img src="graemlins/keano.gif" border="0" alt="[Keano]" />
