I agree on the go for the TD to win it on fourth-and-goal. If you don't convert your defense should be able to hold them and get decent field position back. McVay went way too conservative there.
Rams should probably let the Saints score a quick TD here to at least have a shot on offense. Some will say "well they could miss a FG, or commit a turnover" but that's also risking neither occurring and watching your SB hopes fade to 0:00 as the Saints score. Granted, this depends on how many TOs the Rams have.

Interception incoming
McVay is going to regret that decision on 4th-on-goal for the remainder of his career, especially because it was so counter to his entire philosophy of play-calling. I think he will even if the Rams pull this one out because he let the Saints back in with a chance.
