its good that they are cutting down on gimmick quarterbacks like aaron rodgers. he will go the way of the wildcat if he isnt allowed to cheat anymore
Sucking all joy out of the game.
I'm hyped for the NFL season and what better city to set the scene than Chicago. However it must be so frustrating to be a Chicago Bears fan knowing how great the team can be. Espeicelly with an incrediable defence and an exciting running back core but then you realize the QB is Mitchell Trubisky and the team passed on the chance to get Patrick Mahomes instead.
Anyway it's been a defence sided game so far, hopefully we can see a bit more offence. I still think the Chicago Bears can beat the Green Bay Packers but Mitchell Trubisky needs to perform a lot better for the team to win.

It was a stupid move, this team could of been genuine Superbowl Contenders if they had drafted that position differently that's for sure.

Saying it quietly right now (esp since its Trubisky) but the GB D is awesome. 
Unlikely. We are watching two mediocre quarterbacks struggle to three and outs. It's hard to understand what the nfl saw in this game.

Trubisky looks terrible. What’s worrying for Bears fans is this is a very average Packers D.
I did miss Jay Cutler so this is a nice tribute.

He had a couple years when McCarthy made him look good and Jeff Janis bailed him out. He thought he could be Peyton Manning and play co-offensive coordinator and he cant. Hes a decent quarterback, better than Stafford, but hes not cut out to compete at the highest levels.

Irrespective of how strong your defence is , you can't win anything big with Trubisky as QB . On his good days he is an average QB
If the Bears were serious about contending they would have traded for Chad Henne.
Henne was on the Jaguars in 2017 and then the Chiefs in 2018. The Jags went from 10-6 to 5-11 while the Chiefs went from 10-6 to 12-4. That's a 7 win swing in a single year. Is it any coincidence that the Chiefs are super bowl favorites this year? Follow the money folks, vegas knows what they are doing. There are massive buildings constructed from the money of fools who thought "oh chad henne has nothing to do with that" or "chad henne is a scrub". Keep mocking vegas and they'll keep counting your money.

I get the Trubisky bashing but the OL has given him very little protection. A few drops and lot of penalties given away too.
