NFL 2024

Tomlin is absolutely awful in game and with timeouts. This team will be 1 & done in the playoffs again
I’d be surprised with any other outcome. Tomlin has been getting crazy amounts out of this team, which I know is separate to the in game stuff you’re talking about. I honestly didn’t think they’d get to .500 but I wouldn’t be surprised if they still ended up close to that with their remaining schedule.

Bengals x2, Ravens, Eagles, Chiefs in their remaining six must be the hardest schedule remaining for any team.

I wish one day there will be a discussion about Tomlin beyond the well he has never had a losing season point. They haven't won a playoff game in 8 years. I think the overall conversation would be would you rather your team be really consistent making playoffs every season or have a team that is up & down but the highs are much higher

Just realised Denver are at Raiders on Sunday, so the Raiders are at home the same day as the Vegas Grand Prix.

Great planning.

do we expect anyone apart from Pacheco to be back this season? I think we need a bit more WR and probably another guard.
Hollywood Brown is touted to be back by the playoffs. But his injury record is bad so expect the worst. Charles Omenihu is supposed to be back soon too.

Omenihu coming back is good. I still think it depends on how much #1 develops. if he does similar to what Rice did, we have a chance.

I think niners are ready to press the reset button.
Bit of overreaction, no? They were without CMC for the first 7 games + Aiyuk missing camp for his contract. Purdy had a couple of nightmare games but overall he’s been one of the better QBs this season. This current group probably have at least 1 top year left in them imo, it’s not like they can purposefully suck enough for the rest of the season for the draft.

They'll have to pay Purdy next season, will need to restructure few guys. And they will have to restructure defense next season. Think this season their defense is not there.

This is hilarious. Rappaport, Schefter, Woj, Shams are all parasites who provide zero value and have such inflated opinions of themselves. So funny to see Schefter still bitter after all these years.

Thing is though you can only elevate a team so far.

I think the first step in whether this discussion is warranted is firstly understanding who they’ve lost against over the last 8 years?

What the feck man

Anyway, time for seven hours of commercial-free football. After the way this weekend's sports results have already been with City losing and Liverpool winning, I fully expect @Man of Leisure to give me an ass-whooping in fantasy to bring my mood down.

Bye-weeks suck :(

Anyway, lets watch everyone else tear each other to shreds.

There's been a flag thrown on every play for the last 10 minutes in this game.

Brutal hit on Sanders. Landed upside down with all his weight on his head. Sort of landing than can break your neck. Stretched off, game paused for 10 minutes.

Even Brady had a hard time winning at Miami. Miami destroying the Pats thus far. Being United and Pats fan truly sucks haha.

Anyone else’s Redzone lagging sometimes today?
