NFL 2023

Guys, Swifties are learning football.
Good.

The Bucs hold a massive women’s flag football tourney every year. They also have seminars throughout the year geared to introducing the game to women.

Girls that can talk football (either) well are just flat out sexy.

Plus the offside rule in the NFL is easier to learn.

They collectively solved 33 million puzzles the other day to get early access to 1989 (Taylor’s Version). Imagine what that kind of hive mind can accomplish if devoted to football.

Some funny videos about women annoying their other half by saying that this Travis Kelce dude is really being put on the map by Swift right now.

"You mean 2-time Super Bowl winning, one of the best TE's of all-time Travis Kelce, Travis Kelce?"

In fairness, it is true

Well obviously your view is just as biased as mine on that one but the refs basically let a lot go from both teams that day and then decided to call a penalty on the biggest play of the game. Generally in both NBA & NFL they swallow whistles at the end

Yeah they often do on ticky tack things, but that PI in the Ravens game was about as blatant as you can get. They shouldn't be swallowing a whistle for something that obvious, otherwise may as well chuck the rulebook out.

Swifties have taken over the live chat on the New Heights youtube stream. Can't even read it, it's so fast. it peaked at 94K viewers. First half an hour was complaining that they're talking about football...

Had kids wearing KC Chiefs jerseys at the local middle school here in the Detroit area. Can't make this shit up. Asked one of them why he wasn't wearing a Lions shirt and he said his mom liked the KC shirt. :wenger:

On another note- hope the Lions manage to quiet fudge packer stadium tomorrow.

You thought Kyle Shanahan’s offensive schemes were impressive YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHING YET

honestly would be really funny whenever she plays a SB halftime show to see the crowd clear out for the start of the third quarter

Announcer: "there's not a single person in the crowd wearing team colors for the 2 teams playing today..."

So bizarre that stuff
I posted in here a while back about how the Rays players were wearing three different socks, different colored & sleeved compression shirts, pants at different levels, etc., but MLB allows that.

It would have been well into 200K of fines if not more if they were NFL players.

The clamp that the NFL has on its players vis a vis uniforms to try to 'normalize' them is indeed bizarre. I remember years ago when the changes were being made in uniform adherence in the NCAA it seemed like it was specifically targeting AA players, especially UM. Wouldn't be surprised if that mindset was pervasive in the NFL when they started cracking down on fecking sock height.

I know it's not a funny situation but I couldn't help but laugh at the last sentence. I read it like how Richard Sherman gave his speech about Crabtree and finished it with...L.O.B!

That’s who you want mediating

He's now on twitter live making fires next to his pool.

Sad stuff to see players go off the rails like this while it's highly likely it's because of the game we all love.
