There was a point mid way through the 3rd when Fournette had more rushing yards than Dak had passing yards and Zeke had rushing yards combined.

What a juicy TNF matchup this week, hadn't noticed that before.

Fins v Ravens, Buccs v Saints should be good ones as well. Why are there two MNF's though ffs.

So 3 out of the next 4 Chiefs games start after 1am UK time. Great.

Extremely premature week one power rankings anybody?
Bills, Chiefs, Ravens and Eagles for me - although the Chiefs weren't really tested on defense yesterday, the Ravens played the Jets and the Eagles gave up 35 points to the Lions.

The only other true NFC contender who won were the Buccaneers but you'd always expect Brady to be there or thereabouts. Hopefully the East can become an interesting division this season, at least there were some hopeful signs yesterday, with the Commanders offense being sneakily interesting as long as Wentz keeps it together and the Giants seem to finally have a progressive HC in Daboll. Barkley also looked as explosive as ever.

Re the NFC East, Dak is out for a few weeks apparently.

That’s it for me and the Cowboys. I just can’t go a through a season of the crap the Cowboys do year after year. Dak, injured or not and the play calling is atrocious. The running backs actually were doing well but after 7- 8 yd gains on first downs they decide to throw into triple coverage. It’s time for the organization to go in another direction at QB.

How about going in another direction at GM? That's where the main problem is

That particular QB shouldn’t be made available quite yet

I said before that I think the 49ers will revert to him sooner or later. I feel sorry for Lance and I wouldn't put Sunday's loss all on him by any means. But he's in a very difficult position as a young, inexperienced guy on a team that wants to win now.

Jerry Jones knows just enough about football but not enough to be a good GM but owns the team. That’s always been the problem and his ego won’t give it up. That being said we need to get a QB.

Nah, Lance was trash. Justin Fields on the other side was superb though!

He was? Didn't the Bears have something like 26 total yards on offense at the half? Thought I heard something like that on RedZone.

The field didn't even resemble an NFL surface yesterday, I wouldn't take anything away from that game. The Niners mortgaged their entire future by trading up for Lance, they will not give him up that easily. I don't think he's on a shorter leash just because Jimmy re-signed, especially when they were almost begging any other team in the league to take him off their hands earlier in the offseason.

Just finished watched all the game highlights. So enjoyable. Took me all day, and I still have mlb to watch.

Still getting to know all the teams and the players, but I'm really looking forward to taking it all in this season.

Eagles defence seems just as porous as last season. We at least managed to stop bad teams last season so the fact that the lions put 35 on us is a bit scary. Can see a loss at home to Vikings on Monday night

I mean Fields did not start well, true that.
And I forgot about the rain. You are right there.

At the beginning I thought I was going to be reading a twitter troll copypasta.
