I thought he was way older than that, he's looked as if he's about to call it a day any moment for the last five years but is barely any older than BB or Pete Carroll.

Power to the people.

When asked whether his fellow owners would forgive Snyder for the team's financial woes and the toxic culture scandal if Snyder could build a new stadium, the owner quickly replied, "Yes."
By March, both the state House and Senate had passed the bill. The stadium bill faced only a conference committee to iron out differences. But lawmakers underestimated a public outcry…

Within weeks, Snyder's bill died an unusual death, unable to escape the conference committee because its sponsors couldn't whip the votes to send it to the governor. "I think lawmakers didn't realize this was going to be such a loser," Ebbin says.

"How toxic do you have to be to have the Senate majority leader and the House appropriations chair to sponsor your bill, and you can't get a vote on it?" Simon says.

Yeah but he's looked the same since 2015 as far as I can remember, so he was already 73 back then. Pete Carroll is 71.

Lots of happy endings will keep you young.

Anyone into fantasy footy?

Just traded mixon and Brian Robinson for najee Harris and jeff Wilson jr.

Need harris to perform

Was said on one of the ESPN shows this morning that Snyder even has a file on Jones. It was supposedly relayed from an insider that Snyder has now lost Jones' backing which is basically a death blow, a you're on your own with the league now big guy. Jones has often backed Snyder over the years.

Tonights game sounds shit but will probably be great.

I've never heard a crowd so down and uninterested. This is so bad

How is there not a league for these two teams to be relegated to?

Makes sense that the best way for Washington to gain field position quickly is to punt and hope it gets fluffed.

That and PI calls for passes that were never going to be caught have been where they've gotten most of their yards so far.

That's a huge L if you gave up Mixon and Robinson Jr. imo.

Mixon has the best redzone usage in the entire NFL as a RB, just hasn't been able to punch it in but will regress to the mean. Robinson is just back and is already playing over Gibson.

Meanwhile Tomlin has said Jaylen Warren will continue to get more reps over Najee, who's been downright terrible in a terrible offense, and Wilson will be back into irrelevance once Mitchell is back in a few weeks.

You think? Harris isn't going to be crap all season long i don't think.

He is. The Steelers O line is absolutely fecked.

Also, Wilson will only be handy until Mitchell returns. He's already sharing a backfield with Coleman.

Mixon hasn't been sensational this year but has been steady. Robinson has just been named Washington starter.

If its not too late, I'd absolutely back out of that trade.

Nah its through already.

I possibly jumped the gun because my 2nd rb hasn't scored double figures all season but I hope it comes good for me. It was the one real hole I had and I wanted it filled.

Time will tell.

But you didn't fill any, you traded away two RBs for two RBs while Mixon > Najee and Robinson > Wilson (if not already, definitely in a few weeks).

I'll light a candle for Najee's production for ya ;)

I just think harris is too good not to get points down the line, hope I'm right.

Sorry @arnie_ni but I have to agree with this. There's no signs the Steelers offence is going to get any better - unless Pickett somehow takes a massive leap forward and manages to elevate this offence on his own, the O-Line is going to continue to be terrible and Matt Canada is one of the worst OC's in the league.

Regardless of how good you think Najee Harris is - which is pretty good but not top-tier RB - the situation really matters and he's in a terrible one in Pittsburgh at the moment.

Imagine how buzzing the other fantasy manager will be at that trade  (sorry @arnie_ni )

Is the NFC East the strongest division in football right now?

I'm trusting my gut. I won two years ago and came runner up last year, I'm due a shocker, maybe this is it

Dicks already hard thinking about our fixture this Sunday.

Days after throwing his QB under the bus when saying the difference in success between them and the rest of the NFC bEast even though two of those teams are led by Cooper Rush and Daniel Jones, Ron tries to make up for it after realizing he f’d up. Reeks of a guy sitting on a hot seat.

That's the quote out of context, the answer was much more nuanced than that if you hear the entire thing. Basically just said that the other teams have had continuity under center and Wentz is still getting accustomed to the Commanders offense. I thought it was much ado about nothing tbh.
