Because it's Brady who lives rent free in some heads. That said, it was a bogus call but the game commentators came back after the commercial break with a handful of prior hits on Brady that could have/should have been called, including one that was a clear below the knee, straight-on hit that I thought had been ruled illegal in the past decade-plus.

It's a bit like United getting a penalty when they do hey one is front page news and mass hysteria yet other teams who get more are just ignored

It was pretty evident early on that Rhule wasn’t long for the Panthers.

Who’s the next HC to get canned?

Odds haven’t been updated this week, but this is where they stood before at one book:

Matt Rhule-200
Nathaniel Hackett+600
Kliff Kingsbury+750
Frank Reich+900
Ron Rivera+1,100
Josh McDaniels+1,200
Dan Campbell+1,600

Guess I’d put my money on Kliff or Reich.

To be fair, just like I told the cowboys fans I know who responded in the exact same way… that doesn’t answer my question.
Been a fan since 72 with the Boys and I am firmly in the belief that you never change anything on a winning streak. I leave Rush in till he loses. He’s not as good as Dak but there is no way that Dak wouldn’t have thrown a few interceptions up till now if he was playing. Rush manages the game very well with a good defense that is giving him decent field position. I think Rush plays against the Eagles and Dak comes in the next week win or lose. If Dak comes in and loses obviously there will be a media free for all on the Cowboys decision making.
It’s like our teams that run the ball for large gains then for some insane reason throw the ball on third and a foot and go three and out when they should have stuck to the running streak, the Cowboys should stick to a winning streak until it gets stopped.

Wat

Got a bad feeling about today. O Line started poorly.

How did Carr get sacked from there? Just throw it out lad.

Awful from our defense there to allow them to get it to 4th & 1. Should have been taken down 5 yards earlier when we had 3 of our guys on the carrier.

fecking Clyde Edwards Hellaire. Give Pacheco the main RB slot.

Pretty simple leave Rush in till he loses. Not much to it. In other words start him until he loses. Or to put it yet another way keep playing Rush while he is winning games for the Cowboys until the score is higher for their opponent at the end of a game. Then start Dak the next game.

I like the cut of your jib.

Gave them that. Let's hope the refs can see the blatent PI calls which should be going our way too from now on

Got to get a touchdown now. Our O line is supposed to be semi decent but they are so inconsistent.

Needed that. Our defense needs to not be totally shite now.

Stopping Jacobs is also critical
Well if we don't we know what's going to happen. I'm not hopeful of getting the ball back before the end of the half (unless they get a quick TD)

In what world is that a roughing the passer. He steals the ball so cleanly.

Whoa! That makes up for the bad miss earlier. Quality from a back up kicker.

Even Andy Reid who is normally so calm was spitting blood. Thought for a sec he was going to reach into his pocket and throw a cheeseburger at the officials.

Second time this season Jones gets a completely baffling decision called against him in key moments.
