Is there any chance Rodgers and Adams stay beyond the one more year?
Rodgers’ didn’t get any language in his new contract to help him, so it’s still just a gentleman’s agreement. The odds are higher than one might think, at least for him.

If the Dallas O line stays healthy, they'll make the Championship game.

They're looking strong this year, but that's a bit of a stretch considering they finished 6-10.
The NFCE is still a dumpster fire.

Ceedee Lamb looks brilliant though

Can’t really argue with the Rams although I did call them out. 49ers certainly are also a bit of a dark horse team. The Hawks are usually about but they really are weaker at the moment. And the Saints … they’d need a lot to line up nicely.

I think there is definitely a gulf in quality at the moment. How big is up for debate but I would say regardless the shift in just a couple of seasons is nonetheless significant.
I’d have the 49ers a lot higher than just dark horses. If they stay healthy unlike last year they are legit contenders.

I think there’s enough question marks there though. Maybe a bit better than dark horse but they’d need a lot to go their way.

I was just thinking, how quickly the NFL changes…

2/3 years ago, the NFC was stacked. Now, outside of the Bucs and Packs are there any real true contenders in that half of the league? Dallas maybe. Cardinals as a dark horse. Rams? Seahawks? But they’re a tier below at the moment. Teams like the Falcons and Vikings and Panthers have really fallen back.

In contrast, the AFC suddenly is stacked. Bills and Chiefs probably stand outs, but the tier below is much stronger in comparison to the NFC. Thinking Ravens, Browns, Titans. And some really strong potential in the likes of the Dolphins, Chargers and Steelers.
I vaguely remember the AFC being mocked like it was a whole ‘nother league because they couldn’t win back in the day. I think it was my Broncos in that Elway vs Favre Super Bowl that broke the streak.

Their O line is well past it's best now. Cowboys will be shit again.

Our full strength O Line is still very good. Problem is a lot of them are injured a lot of the time, and the backups are really quite poor.

Our defence was shit. Will be much improved this year, i guarantee it.

If the new DC has reverted/inserted a scheme that will allow Lawrence to play to his strengths, that's a start. The secondary seemingly hasn't the football IQ to make plays, cover, tackle, breakup passes, etc. Maybe a year of utter shit performance and the rookie class will improve the unit but I'm from the show me state of mind.

Parsons and Neal will improve our secondary pretty significantly in my opinion.

Edit: plus I like what I've seen/read about LVE this camp and in pre season. He looks like the LVE of a few years ago, rather than the lump we saw last year. Another one that's always hurt though..

I guess we're close enough to do predictions now. I'm not listing individual divisions as the seeding tells you that. If I leave something out, please let me know. And yes, there might be a couple homer picks...

They have the best roster top-to-bottom in the NFL bar maybe TB or KC now that they reloaded their secondary and have OBJ back. They’ll go as far as Baker can take them.
I agree to a degree but because is the browns it’s one of those I’ll believe it when I see it kinda deals.

On paper you are absolutely right. Stefanski seems the real deal too.

Hopefully they will get to the Superbowl as it will then be a cake walk for the Cowboys

Fecking Sky haven’t yet picked their early and late games yet. Wanted to know who would be blacked out on game pass.

I guess either Steelers Bills or Zona Titans, and Browns Chiefs or Packs Saints?

They announced it 3 days back

NFL vaccination rate at 93% - interestingly consistent with the rate prior to roster cuts - which means there doesn’t appear to be any correlation between shitness and dumbness  - and would also imply that from a macro level vaccination status didn’t have a huge impact on cut decisions.

Only Falcons and Bucs (funnily enough both in the NFC south!) have a 100% rate, but overall 93% is actually quite decent. I suspect though everyone who wanted the vaccine would now have had it? I.e wouldn’t now expect that rate to go up much if at all?

If anyone gets #1 seed coming out of the NFC West they sure as hell would’ve earned it
