It's come out nice. I didn't have the cast iron skillet so the sear could be a little better, but tasty still.
I let mine sit on the counter for 3 hours marinating in salt, pepper, rosemary, and a small coating of soy sauce. Came out fall off the bone quality tender. One of the better steaks i've had in recent memory.
