Diggs does an Ed Reed impersonation then immediately does a Brandon Dixon on the following series. That said, if he's at safety on the play he picks off that duck from Jones. Whoever was playing safety coverage completely whiffed on the pass attempt.

I hate the Cowboys but would be really annoying to me if Pats win the game after some of the decisions Belichik has taken

Maybe if the stat is accounting for their AFL days. The Chargers had profilic offenses in the 60s and even into the 70s/80s with Fouts and Air Coryell. Then with they had LT, Brees/Rivers, Gates, etc. in the 2000s. Maybe it is true. Guessing Cowboys and 49ers top two?

Air Coryell did put up yards & points, but damn, I would never have guessed that.

Huge win for Cowboys to beat the Patriots after so many losses to them

I can’t understand why Belichik was so conservative. Mac is actually impressive and he needs to be trusted a bit more

Had zero expectations and the first half vindicated that, then they give me hope out of nowhere just to lose it in OT like that. Yeah, that seems about right.

Cowboys got a great team
Think McCarthy will find a way to feck up their playoffs though

Yeah I would expect that although Rogers did find a way to win a ring in spite of him and I'm hoping Cowboys are a better team than he had.

It is going to really interesting this year in the NFC there are at least four teams you can pick as favourites.

AFC I just can't see past Buffalo

I’d have the NFC as five deep. Even if the NFC West isn’t as formidable as it may have appeared, the conference as a whole is fascinating now that the Boys are stepping up to the plate.

The AFC…I have no fecking clue. I’m stubbornly sticking to my stance that Buffalo isn’t as far ahead of their peers as they appear, but I don’t really know where to go from there.

AFC is Bills = Ravens > Chiefs > Chargers for me right now. Browns and maybe Bengals with an outside shot.

NFC I'd have pretty even between the Cards, Rams and Bucs with the Packers and Cowboys a tad behind them.

I remember Rodgers and packers getting on a hot streak with his return and basically from game week 14? They were in playoff mode and had to win every game and it helped
I think McCarthy was fine there as he wasn't conservative

Since the playoff loss to Seattle including that game he was conservative AF with his play calling etc

I don't see much change with cowboys but cowboys defence looks to have some play makers which will help a lot

He isn't calling plays on offense in Dallas though, which might help.

Good summary. Bills and Ravens are definitely the leading contenders right now. In the NFC, it could literally be any of the 5 you listed. Even though they've been a bit wobbly lately, once the playoffs start, I'd still say the Bucs are going to be the team to beat (although they are a bit more beatable than last year).

Depends on the health of their secondary, if that hasn't improved come January, their offense is not granted one half game of struggle or they will fall behind (significantly imo). Should they have Winfield Jr., Sherman, Davis and Murphy-Bunting all up and running come the playoffs then I agree they'll be the team to beat.

The Cards and Rams have a much better defense in that respect at this moment. Packers are purely in it because of Rodgers, and the Cowboys have a much improved defense and quality offense so they are right up there.

Took my 4 year old to the London game yesterday - he absolutely loved it. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd half, not sure what it looked like on TV.

Helped that I had £15 Waddle first and last TD

Will help somewhat but Im guessing he still makes decisions here and there, and random time outs

Glad you had fun, had to sell my tickets this year as I'm out the country
Even with dud teams its still fun

I think two games as opposed to four probably helped

What will help define the Bucs are the games after our bye. If we can get at least two of the CBs who are out back healthy by Week 10 a months from now, we will have a better understanding of how we should do in the playoffs.

The chances of Fangio keeping his job as x(t) approaches 17 are rapidly approaching zero. Or…something like that; it’s been a while since I’ve done calculus, don’t tase me.

That Raiders game was the final straw.

The regular “X winners and Y losers” piece from every Monday was spot on with this weeks title of “10 Losers and 0 Winners in the Broncos loss to the Raiders”.

The coaching staff rightly caught a lot of shit. Fangio is a joke.

Jags - Miami - Great game, so much drama in the last kick of the match. Well done to Jags for their first win of the season.

Kinda funny though isn't it, they're still actually waiting for their first win on American soil for over a year.
