Interesting. Have they already changed the rules a bit after teams were happy to pick up delay of game penalties in order to get better punting position? Not sure what they could do against this stuff.

Dunno, additional unsportsmanlike conduct penalty? Although no way the officials immediately get that kind of thing. Maybe they're subject to fines if the NFL can prove it's done systemically and intentional.
