You don’t think they’ll shift him out left? I don’t know their OL situation well...just that if someone falls in love with one of these QBs (Herbert, Love) a top prospect will fall. Maybe their first choice.

Wills shot up the boards all year long, which is always a good sign. I’m taking Wirfs there though.

Cards just re-signed DJ Humphries to a multi-year contract to play left tackle. Wills and Wirfs for that matter are natural right tackles. This video explains pretty well why Wills is a better pick than Wirfs: .

@RobinLFC

how you can even post knowing what move your team made baffles me - the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen in years

And I’m still speechless
I don’t expect anything from O’Brien or the Texans so while I’m baffled at the decision and disappointed, it is what it is. It’s how supporting Liverpool felt for a decade before Klopp took over tbf

It’s just mind boggling though. No words to explain it. Could you imagine the Falcons dealing Julio for a 2nd rounder and an injury prone 28-year old RB? The Saints with MT? You don’t even come up with those scenarios in your wildest dreams but there you go, that’s O’Brien for you. Should’ve been fired long ago, and especially after our playoff exit last season.

What a wild day of deals today.

Jones’ contract is 5 years, $82.5m with $57m guaranteed. $40m in his first two years as well.

Will make a nice partner opposite Howard. If they still had Fitzpatrick, that’d be a top 5 secondary in the league.

Why though Bears. Jimmy should just hang 'em up.

Vikings got a good haul here. Good luck to Diggs if he had issues with Cousins not being upto scratch, don't think he'll have more luck with Josh Allen.

And the Texans got less for Hopkins...

When you compare what the Vikings got for Diggs and what the Texans got for Hopkins...

Like, surely there is more to this. Maybe there’s something we don’t know? I just can’t understand.

Some interesting signings, that Cooper deal is massive.

I loved Diggs but I have to say that I like all the moves made by the Vikings at the exception of Cousins's. Trading a WR this year was always a real option since this draft is supposed to deep in that position and Vikings need to reset the roster and get key players on rookie contracts. I'm still a bit sad to see Diggs go though. Now, draft his brother.

Randall Cobb  Seriously, feck off Bill. The Vikings got a way better deal for a vastly inferior WR who was clearly fed up with his QB and situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

He needs to be a bit more productive if he wants to keep playing imo. That said, he's only 33. For comparison Olsen is 35 and Gates played until 38, so he can definitely contribute about 50 receptions or more for the next couple of years.

I do rate Diggs, but nowhere near the level of Hopkins, the difference between those trades is staggering.

What the hell are the Raiders doing paying Mariotta big? Makes no sense for a backup, unless we're planning on trading Carr, drafting a QB and having Mariotta as a transition QB... and even then its a four year deal apparently :wenger:

Someone lock up Bill O'Brien quick before he trades Watson for a broke ass corner back and a 6th round pick exchange to offer 2 years $40 mil to Brady.

I think the Pats will get Bridgewater now and it will work out quite well.

The Pats will still be competing for championships as long as the hooded cheatmaster remains as HC.

He was close to signing with the Bears yesterday from what I've read on Twitter.

I think Pats fans expected this to some extent, but still shocking its happened.

Absolutely the GOAT.

Although now he's left he's shit and a system QB and it was all Bill.

I’m hoping so but I read he was talking to the Bears as well. The issue is also the supporting cast. We have feck all at WR & TE.

I’d put the Bills ahead of the Pats at the moment. Depends what we do with the offense & who we can sign.

Not so sure to be honest. Brady was more of a hindrance than a weapon to them last season but you have to keep in mind that they don't have a pass-catching TE and their offensive weapons were average at best (their best WR is still Edelman and he's on the wrong side of 30 nowadays). Their ridiculously easy schedule and freakishly good D/ST won them games but they still crashed out in the WC round. Odds are that their D regresses to the mean this season and, unless they somehow get their hands on a great QB, their offense won't be able to win them games either.

They're still in competition for a winning record but they're quite far off the elite teams in the AFC for me, and if anything the gap will be bigger next season than it was during the last one.

Don’t give me hope!

Scurrying off to a loaded offense to pad some stats and 'prove' he was the greatness behind the patriots. Pathetic.

O'Brien and him hated each other.

Personally think its one of the worst trades ive ever seen since i began following the nfl in 2006.

More interested to see who the pats go after than where brady lands. He looked done last season
