Keen. I'd lean more standard than crazy rules, but either way I would have fun. Was maybe going to set up one myself but I don't mind not being commish.
Oh yea I’d prefer a standard system to be honest but if everyone else wants something different I’ll go along with that.
PPR is the standard these days so I'd think everyone is okay with that? Has been like that in previous editions too. I'd suggest:

3 WR
1 TE
1 FLEX
1 K
1 D/ST
Could remove the 3th WR, could include another FLEX spot. I like deeper leagues because it's easier to make a difference in the later rounds, but I'm okay with whatever the majority likes better. Once we have 12 participants, we could make a new thread for fantasy purposes and maybe include a poll for league purposes, seems like the most fair way.

I'm definitely interested, don't really mind what the format is.
A PPR league where you start two running backs, three receivers, one tight end and a regular flex spot (RB/WR/TE), along with a kicker and DST. But you also start a Superflex spot (QB/RB/WR/TE) with a quarterback, which gives you the option of making this a two-quarterback roster if you want

Washington Football Team is an excellent name. So plain it angers the American fans. Upsets rivals. Saw a T-shirt in their colours that just said Football Team. It was odd but funny. It's like my missus who has zero interest in the NFL created it.

What's with their backfield anyway. Peterson still there, Guice 'healthy', drafted Bryce Love in the 4th round last year and then added Gibson in the 3th round this year. You deserve to be shit with a shit name if you're not gonna offer any valuable fantasy RB.
Hopefully Haskins takes a step forward this offseason and can support McLaurin as a WR1, but not counting on it.

Mate, the number of Vikings fans who hate Kirk or are complaining that Zimmer got extended are ridiculous. How can they sit through guys like Ponder, Cassel, Bradford etc and be this annoyed by Cousins' level of play.

Then they should remember what it was like to have actually have bad QBs that deserve stick. Kirk is easily the best QB we've had since Favre, not to mention there have been basically no other options for the past 3 seasons other than trading away a ton of picks to move up and take someone early.
As for reasons to "love" a player, I don't mind being on this side of the spectrum. I also loved Ji-Sung Park even though he was never a top 10 winger in the world; loving a player isn't synonymous with me saying he's the best or anything. He's just a weirdo wholesome goofball who balls out, loved the guy since his "you like that" game against the Bucs.
Yet he isn't good enough and his cap hit means that the Vikings can't add the skill players and O-Linemen that he absolutely needs to win against above average opponents. People don't have a problem with Cousins, they have a problem with Cousins bring to the Vikings when you consider the fact that he doesn't elevate the offense while taking a substantial amount of resources away from the team, in particular since his contract his fully guaranteed. It's not his fault but as a Vikings fan, I don't think that the Vikings will do much with Cousins unless Kubiak find a way to make Cousins less relevant which is an issue when you are paid +30m per year in the cap era.
He's not bad enough to go and seek a replacement, but also not good enough to get you to a Super Bowl, which means you're gonna be stuck in this playoff contender mode but going out in WC round or Divisional round as long as he's at the helm. Your defense was great (on average) over the last few years, you had 2 great receivers, a reliable TE and one of the best RBs in the league, and then you need a difference maker at QB to get his team over the line. Cousins is a lot of things and he's a good, or certainly above average QB, but he isn't that Russell Wilson or even Dak Prescott kind of caliber.
People throw this around all the time about so many players, but it's just projection masked as fact. Why isn't he good enough to get us to a Super Bowl? Because he hasn't done it yet? That logic is faulty and too subjective, so really I'm not even arguing against your statement, but rather that we don't know if it's true. And you list a lot of things that others do (the "your team is so stacked so why doesn't the QB just take them to the promised land??" argument), but it's honestly not that simple. Do you watch the games? He makes fantastic throws under pressure, on the move, in tight windows, but we can't pass protect for shit, and our playcalls are either way too predictable or just bad attempts at trick plays. Also, I never claimed that he was Russell Wilson level, I just said I love the guy, this is getting too analytical for my throwaway comment

That’s a good deal for the Jets getting two firsts. It could bode well for them, though it might be the next coaching staff reaping the benefits.

Yeah, it's a lot but I'd rather have a proven star than those picks, especially given how woeful our first round picks have been in recent years.
On Clowney, we made an offer early on but he was after a lot more and we've used up too much cap space now. Reckon we'll try to pick up Everson Griffen instead.

Yeah, this is a 2018 Rams type move, all in for basically one season before contracts feck the team, except I didn't figure that the overall Seahawks roster was that good.
The longer he's unsigned the more I hope we can get him back somehow. I can't believe we lost my two favourite players on the team (him and Diggs) in the same damn off-season.
