He’s always jotting down notes anytime there’s a camera shot of him during any Jags game I’ve seen. Yea his job title is VP but 100% he has a say in how schemes and such are run / it’s his vision the coaches have made come to life and it’s oretty obvious looking identical to his Giants.

Maybe but on most teams it is the coaching staff that does this but maybe the Jags staff is just a bunch of figure heads.
