It honestly seems like it'd be better if they made the rule "we'll know it when we see it" and left it to referee's discretion.

Didn't realise this - the difference physically between Gabbert and Newton - Newton is 1 inch taller, 10 lbs heavier, and only 0.03 faster in the 40.

Surprisingly close!
