Why do they do it? Special teams with the holding and penalties. Its like it happens nearly every single time, by every single team.

Pretty even game - so far decided on the penalty on Seattle on the Hester run back. Seattle needs to pass more and their D needs to get pressure on Ryan, otherwise he will torch them for over 400 yards.
