No matter how bad Vick might be, you can always count on AB though. Probably Bell as well. I think Steelers will still win tbh.
 
How is Rapaport the only guy that ever breaks NFL news. I find that really weird.

I'm actually on a good run with predictions although my Eagles did let me down in my accumulator last week. I picked Carolina, Raiders, Bengals and Cardinals all to win. I then picked the Ravens this week as they squeaked past the Steelers.

This week I've got a little bet on Packers -7.5 and Raiders -3.5. I'm also liking the Jets, Chargers, Eagles and Colts this week. Though 3 of those are divisional games which I hate trying to predict.

Haha no no not in terms of the result. But on my betting accumulator. I looked at how we had started the season and their defence and it seemed to look like a Jets win. But we won which I was happy with but lost the bet.

Yeah. That's what i meant, your team is so trash that you bet on them to lose, but,they end up winning. Haha.

Well I looked at how badly we'd started the season and just couldn't see it. The Jets had started very well and their defense was forcing turnovers. Our O line wasn't protecting Bradford or opening running lanes and our defense despite the additions didn't seem that much better to last year.

And yet despite Bradford only throwing for about 100 yards (think it was actually want bit less) and 1 TD we managed to win the game. Hopefully that's the turning point in the season because this team has real ability.
 
Just noticed Pats have their bye week already! A bit early to be having the week off, also stops our momentum a little bit.

Will be interesting to see how many people watch Jets-Dolphins. I'm going to be watching the football (soccer!), and I don't see too many people in America waking up & tuning in so early for this match-up.

Ooh they will buddy... The reason they are doing it twice this year is because when they trialled it last year it was such a success. I go to the US pretty much every year on holiday and they are American football obsessed. More so than we are with soccer I'd say.

It's a 9.25 kick off on the east coast and for sure they'll tune in with their pancakes with maple syrup and bacon.

Of course if it was this way every week then it would lose its edge but a couple of times a season they love it.

Ah right, I didn't realise there had already been an early-KO game from last year.

Yeah I still expect the numbers to be good, after all so many people watch the meaningless Pro-Bowl! However, I hope this doesn't become a thing like Thursday Night Football. At the moment the Sunday timings are perfect with it not interfering with PL games. I hope it stays that way.

They are doing one of the other Wembley games at 2.25 but the other game (as there's 3 this year) will be later.

I would say it brings about a dilemma for myself but I don't think it does. My priority is the NFL so I'll be watching that. Though as I'll be at my brothers I expect he'll have the united game so I'll watch on good old sky go!
 
Am I being blind? What channel is the Wembley game on?

Yeah that would be good to get American football out to the general public. But not if they are going to use this Nat guy to do the highlights show! I couldn't stand him on the channel 4 show so why oh why bring him across.

Phins have made a horrid start just like they have all season... Well in the last 4 games anyway!

Coombs is clueless and I can't be doing with his camp voice. It's not suited to American football which is a sport for real men! :D
