If I were to recommend a newbie, would this hurt his chances of promotion, or aid them?

for being a twonk

he created a thread discussing what a ladies genitals smell like, i deleted it and asked him to respect the fact that there are kids on the boards, not to mention girls. He threw his toys out of the pram and claimed he was retiring anyway. He then proceeded to call one of the mods a 'c*nt' and blamed others for sending him racist pms. he was begging to be banned and i obliged. Hes now compounding the fact that hes a twat by reregistering every free email address he can find, and i wont tire of banning him either

The amount of regulars posting in the newbies under false aliases is delaying those genuine newbies from getting out. It seems some of our regulars have nothing better to do that sit creating new aliases every day

Have they been warned? Or are you not 100% sure that it's them?
