What I'm saying is that I won't mind about Man Utd playing without the new signings, but it's so frustrating to be in these kinds of situations... and I'm just a 100% Man Utd fan... <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

I have it on good authority we'll be throwing tonight's match just so the teams we are trying to buy players from will realise we're not THAT cash rich anymore.

;)

I do wonder though. We were supposed to meet Rennes on Sunday, then it was moved to Monday, and when we offered a sum we surely knew wouldn't be accepted. I wonder if we were just testing the water ahead of tonight's match, after which we'll either go for the big bite (if we go through) or let it go (if we don't...)
