Cheers for that. Pretty strange he'd go on dragging this through the mud again given he's saying (did a quick google) they have a great relationship today because they're trying to do right by their son. I doubt his son wants to hear him on a podcast talking about how much of a slag his mum was. There is no high road taken there by anyone.

Probably needs the money. I can’t see how you make Rhodri the baddie here after all the shit he’s had to go through, wife’s a total tramp and Giggs and the rest of them aren’t any better. In fact I think it’s worse as he must have been in the changing room talking about whoreing about his brother’s wife for the rest of them to know. No respect whatsoever.

I'm not making him out to be the baddie, I just think if you're serious about putting your kid first, you do what you need to do to shelve them from this. And doing another exclusive with new details is not working toward that end.

I just want show how extremely bad that joke is for me personally. The fact some find it funny then I remember it quite usual some people (mostly young) to make jokes about shagging someone's mum, wife, sister, daughter.
I never heard that kind of jokes in my life (in my community, in my culture), no one dares to (considering the possible consequences).
 
It’s only funny because the post is so short simple and cutting (and he’s standing up for Fred! :lol:) Nobody is saying anything beyond that. Ryan Giggs is a total shit. The brother who isn’t much better is still chasing the few quid out of it. It’s a disaster class all round

For many people if they found out their brother had been shagging their misses for 8 years, they'd have done a lot worse.

you would imagine he probably wasn’t short of a few quid and the perks that go with being so closely related to someone that wealthy and influential. As soon as the affair went public I’d guess all that completely disappeared and he still had to earn somehow. I get it. It was also probably the only revenge he could get that would make any difference. I didn’t watch the interview to be honest. Did Ryan and Rodrhi make up? In a very weird kind of way maybe your brother is the only person in the world you could eventually forgive for that. You’re stuck with him for the rest of your life either way unlike with a friend where you can just cut all ties.

I had a mate that ripped the face of a 16 year old boy with a steak knife. If I leave the story here, hes "the baddie", right? But what if I told you that 16 year old was attacking him and his pregnant wife and their 2 year old daughter in a pram? What if I told you that that 16 year old wasnt alone and had 12 other mates around the same age with him also attacking my mate, his pregnant wife and their 2 year old daughter in a pram. How much of a "baddie" is he now?

The devil is in the details my friend. Bottling someone does make you automatically the bad guy. Context is a forgotten thing in this day and age, I know. But its still important.

I dont know what happened, but from reading some papers it seems Rhoders was out and about having a pint with his mate. A couple of city fans started giving them shit, and a "heated argument" followed. Outside, either Doyle hits first or Cartwright does depending on whose story you believe. His mate, Slamon jumps in and Rhodi smacks him with the bottle. It doesnt even break. Its a blunt force injury. So "bottling" is the wrong term to use here. He hit someone with a bottle. Getting "bottled" is in the same context as getting "slashed" with a knife. Getting hit with a bottle is the same getting hit with anything. Its just blunt force.

All in all, 4 guys were out and about. 2 of them started some shit, and 2 others didnt walk away. They were all drunk and none of them were backing down. Fault all around. So hes hardly "the baddie".

Rhodri isn't "much better" because he appears in an advert - long after the whole fiasco? Is it really comparable at all?
Ryan Giggs is a c**** of a person. I loved Mourinho's rare moments when he mentioned that he wouldn't have Ryan Giggs as his assistant because he wasn't even loyal to his brother.

Why would Ryan be giving his brother a wage? Maybe buy him a car or possibly a house as a one off present (at a push) but he isn't going to be giving him monthly payloads (he was giving them to his wife instead :nono:)

I also wouldn't forgive my brother for shagging my wife for 8 years - that's mental. I still haven't forgiven mine for deleting my saved game on FIFA 98.
