Ah, it's only released today on console. Have you played it?
Has anyone tried the new Bully? I am really interested in it.. I was wondering what the non reviewing opinion on it is...

I was playing it but got a bit bored to be honest. There are some nice things about it. It felt a little 'light to me' - something I'd rather play on console.
Also note that on some computers there are problems with the graphics/loading
My brothers pc is a quad core cpu, better then mine but has some textures that are missing. Ruins the game. Also there is a loading screen that never stops (I don't think)
Mine's dual core, is fine - textures and loading - so make sure you read up on the net if the problems have been patched up and if anyone mentions if your set up will run into problems if it hasn't

Anyway I am getting the game on the PC.. I think the problem will be dependent on your graphics card rather than your processor! But I may be wrong! Now I hope the game will work..
Farcry 2 is disappointing.
If you want strategy: Medieval total war 2, Company of Heroes are fantastic games.
Left 4 Dead should be one of the better games being released this year. It should be a really interesting take on the zombie franchise, worth looking at!

In addition it also has the Steam (Counter Strike) Game Engine so it should be easy for everyone to pick up and play...
You seen the previews for Empire Total War? Going be the greatest game ever made
to change the track a bit ........ i will try out Spore and Kings Bounty ....
Spore is probably the biggest disappointment of the year..
Sounds like a graphics card/driver issue, or a poorly made game. Not a problem with the processor.
Yep that is what I thought too.. Either way I will know by Tomorrow as I will get the game by then and will give it a go..

P.S Striker10 I have a solution to solve your brothers loading screen problem... Here you go:
1. Launch the MSCONFIG utility. To do this, press and hold the Windows Button and the R button. Then type "msconfig" with out the quotes. (Vista users will have to run it as admin)
2. Click on the Boot tab at the top and click the "Advanced Options" button. (On XP the "Boot" tab is called "Boot.ini"
3. Check the "Maximum Memory" box and change the setting to exactly or less than 2000. (On XP the "Maximum Memory" option is called "MAXMEM".)
4. Restart your computer.

has loaded to the next scene after using this, plus it runs twice as good

I can't fecking wait either.. I barely play games anymore.. But I can't wait for this one!Gonna take a stab at Assassins Creed 2 when it comes out, but gotta give the first I play through! Had it on my PC for a while but just haven't got round to it, recently completed Mass Effect and loved it.

Its a military sim with massive maps and an unlimited player count in multiplayer (currently servers run around 100max players, but the player count isn't hardcoded allowing servers to increase player count as hardware improves). It's meant to be a very good multiplayer experience.
Mass Effect 2 should be out for PC, comes out later this year.

No it doesnt im afraid, Q1 2010. But this time both the PC and 360 versions are released simultaneously.
If they avoid the repetitive nature of the first Assassins Creed. then number 2 will be brilliant.
I hope Assassin's creed is betetr than the first...

Looks very nice, just showed a fellow geek at work who says the first one was very enjoyable. Apparently it's more of an army simulator than an FPS like CoD.
Supposedely Arma 2 is terrible, if the first batch of reviews are to be believed.
Look into Operation Flashpoint 2.
ArmA2 is already released in Germany for a beta launch of the full version. Unfortunatly they shipped the game with alot of bad bugs since then they've released a patch and appartently its alot better.
Operation Flashpoint 2 did interest me, until I watched the ingame gameplay which has put me right off. ArmA2 for me hands down.
Looking forward to ArmA 2 as well. Probably will take a few months of patches before they sort out the bugs, was the case with Operation Flashpoint and ArmA

Its fecking hard, still cant fly anything.
The map editor is amusing though, I tried the whole 1500 Ai but just ended up destroying my pc.
