Okay, if there are no complaints, we'll drop the 3 subs and speed it up to 12hr limits.

In order to ensure fairness, the time limit will be changed after ROUND2 of the picks so everyone knows where they stand.

fine by me.

also, i guess its up to each individual, but something about a scout/AM being able to make the pick for someone if they arent/cant get online within a decent amount of time.
 
Or is it possible to just get someone neutral to do the drafting. Everyone can submit a list of say 10-20 names of the player they would like to draft in order to the GM, and it would allow the drafting to be much faster.

I don't like the 2-3 picks per go suggestion though.

So what if we're here forever picking this?! We've been on the Caf forever doing nothing up to this point. It's a long summer, out there.
 
Difficult choice but I've gone for Samir Nasri, had a great season so far and nominated for the PFA player of the year.

I'm not sure that's the best idea, otherwise we might as well submit a list of 100 names to the moderator in an order of priority, and he seeds them out 1 player at a time for each person.

We need to look at the other selections made before making one of our own. For example, if someone starts picking right backs, suddenly everyone will pick right backs.
 
i think if you know you are going to get one of about 5 players you can be fairly content - especially since you can give whoever it is your list "last minute" before you have to go do whatever it is you are doing.

theres a certain couple of names i am so hoping stay under the radar by the time it gets back round to me

A quick question how are we approaching this? Are we just going for the best stil available talent? ar are we building from most important positions? already planning for the way our team will play? I mean for example going for star striker and keeper aint that important u know. There are always in some country like mexico some kid like Chicharito who we can get and he will score goals for us with ease. But firstly we need to sign players who would dominate games for us. We dictate the tempo of the game, we win the possession. Noone will touch us.
 
This is going to take some serious scouting by the time it gets to the final picks! Wish we had done 16 teams for the last draft, mind you it took us long enough with 8!
 
that is the 2nd of the picks so far that was NOT on my fairly inappropriately named shortlist.
