Perhaps we should have a trade session once these drafts are done. I have couple of young GKs in mind.
Surprised Walker went after Naughton considering those two are pretty much linked, with Walker being the better player.
Yeah I was shocked naughton was picked before walker, had to read the list twice to see if id missed his selection.
How's that going to work?
I pick 2-3 goalkeepers in the hope that someone might need them? What if I can't get rid?

Each member in this draft would have preferred players that may be in some other teams. If 2 members seem to agree, they can have a straightforward exchange. While this may not be ideal, it may help in balancing teams once the members have picked their teams.

But that doesn't change the problem that if you pick 11 players in a reasonable formation, you would only be able to swap GK for GK or LB for LB, if I exchange my GK with someone's LB, I'd have no GK left.
With 16 players being selected per team, I reckon you have a decent chance of working out a exchange.
It's only 11 now.

Also one of the most popular footballers in Japan, which should be good for marketing.

My list just got raped, with the last 5-6 picks.
Maybe, we should go back to 14 players, since the draft hasn't taken as long as everyone expected it would.
It's too late to change that, the newbies are running exactly the same competition and our winner has a grand final against the newbie winner. We can't change the rules now.

Pity about not being able to have a team of 14 players for this one, plenty more I can think of and the draft's been going at a nice pace so far
Hypothetically, could we not end up with the same two teams playing each other in the Grand Final.
Unlikely, I know but I would be very surprised if the teams that play each other are miles apart!

Probably not, they've somehow done it even quicker and were all done with the picking by the time we picked about 6 rounds.
That's certainly up to those who have newbie access, I have never seen the newbie forum, ever.
