Different players. Pereira has more work rate and team play but not so strong defensively. He's more like a less elegant but unpredictable Valencia
Which ceiling is higher is up to each own tactical adaptation and difficult to say at this time.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm almost sure António is an excellent dancer.
I hope the reports are true about Semedo coming to us. Would be a very exciting addition at fullback.

Me too, I'm not negative on Lindelof, I don't feel about him any kind of way, just trusting Jose, but Semedo has looked exciting in a few games I've seen, he's technically great and agile.
Yep. Same here. I didn't know who Bailly was before he signed but when I saw his highlights reel I thought he could have a chance. Not saying I doubt Lindelof based entirely on clips but I just haven't warmed to the idea and he looks a bit like Jonjo Shelvy and Skyrtel

He does have a bit of a Skyrtel look.
Jose has a really good track record with CB's so it's all we can do, but I want to see more on the Semedo part of this deal, it dried up a bit after the news first dropped.According to Record we're sending scouts to watch him tonight, Twitter rumours rehashing what was said yesterday that Benfica willing to sell but only if he can be loaned back to them for the remainder of the season.

Jose will hone his defensive side, but his attacking quality would be a great addition as we've seen how much Valencia offers on the overlsap, especially in the bulk of games where we dominate the ball and have to stretch the pitch against packed defenses.
